HOW DID IT COME TO THIS?
The renowned Deliramenti Asylum (now known as Deliramenti Mental Insitute) has
been forced to undergo reforms, as its policies were deemed as "outdated" and "cruel"
as of December, 2008. For the Seattle government, Deliramenti was just another source
of headache... After all, the city's most wanted list consists of ex-patients and escapees
of the very Institute in question. Policy reforms, along with the mysterious deportation
of the previous head of the asylum, William Chambers, are all under wraps under
Breckenridge and his new head staff of the fine institute, and this reform seems to be
placing the sleepless city of Seattle in a state of flux. The times most certainly are
a-changing, and something seems to be on the rise.
