Right, listen up folks, here's the deal. As part of this activity check-cum-member-of-the-month-vote, all that's required is to fill in the form below ^^ Then I'll record your votes and add you to the safe list: after that, do as you please. If you don't fill out and post at least the activity check part in three weeks, your account will be deleted.

For the most recent post part of the form, you post your most recent IC thread. If you're not part of a thread, then an OC one is still OK. If you haven't posted at all, then you'll have to say 'this one' XD.
